Useful Health Tips – How to boost your Immunity

1. Create a nice cosy environment

Turn down the lights in your room or bathroom. Illuminate the environment with candles and salt lamps. Salt molecules, which are ionized as they warm up and spread throughout the environment, open and sterilize the airways. In this way, you can relax faster with the refreshing smells of organic candles that you will smell.

2. Use Bath salts

Bath salts prepared with Himalayan salt, dried flowers, milk powders and essential oils both moisturize your skin and help you suppress the negative energy you collect throughout the week. If you have a bathtub, pour your salt into the warm water, or prepare yourself a foot tub and leave your feet in salt water for half an hour.

3. Brush your body with a dry brush

Flaky skin surface looks bad because it does not reflect light. If you get rid of the flaky surface and apply moisturizer; instantly you get a unique smooth and  baby like softness.

Be sure to apply dry brushing, which should also be included in your daily routine. Brush your whole body, starting with your feet. The important thing in dry brushing practice is that the brushing direction is always towards the heart.

Thanks to the dry brush, the dead skin on the skin is cleaned, while blood circulation and cell regeneration increase. With regular use, there is a noticeable decrease in the formation of cracks and cellulite.

4. Warm shower

After calming and relaxing your whole body, take a warm shower using natural shampoo and shower gels. You can also exfoliate your body with salt if you wish in the shower. After showering, you can do circular massages with silk face pouch to clean the dead skin on your face and open pores.

Research shows that hot shower therapy relaxes aching muscles and increases flexibility. If you have a bathtub – you can soak in warm water that has been added a few drops of aromatherapy oil. Or, add a bath bomb to make soaking more enjoyable!

After 20 minutes in the water, shower with cold water for 60 seconds.

Another tip :  Apply ginger oil to your shoulders and neck before taking a shower. Ginger is a great in relaxing the muscles due to its inflammation feature.

5. Mask time

Apply a mask with moisturizing honey to your cleaned face. Apply plenty of moisturizing oil or cream to your body and leave for about 10 minutes. After cleaning the mask on your face, remove the excess oil and cream left on your body after absorption with the help of a clean towel.

6. Massage : Golden step

You’re cleansed and washed, next up is nourishing and massaging your skin. Apply your facial oil to your clean skin. Rub the rest of the oil on your neck.

Tilt your head forward and massage your neck after taking a few deep breaths.

Massage 10 repetitions from the shoulders to the hairline.

Then raise your head. Sit in an upright position.

Massage your entire face again, starting from the neck to the forehead line.

After the massage, wash with cold water.

Head massage relieves stress

When someone else plays with your hair, you feel relieved. This is due to the density of the neural network at the beginning. This neural network carries messages to the center of the nerve that will create a feeling of happiness.

Wet your fingers with aromatherapy oil. Massage your head in circular motions using the index, center and ring fingers of both hands. Start with your hairline and press down so that your fingers meet at the top, and then move backwards and stand on top.

Repeat this process until you reach the back of your neck.

Perform the procedure three times.

7. Relax with a Calming Tea

Relaxing teas are indispensable for spas. After completing all the steps, take a comfortable seat in your room, prepare a calming tea such as jasmine-lavender mixture or chamomile, put a relaxing roll on your wrist and take in a few deep breaths.

Enjoy drinking your tea, rest, relax and do nothing.

Natural Beauty Tips – Beauty Tips

With scented candles and incense lights around the bathtub, soothing music playing in the background, natural bath products and rose petals thrown in the water, you can enrich this pleasure even more.

So you see, it’s so easy to get rid of the fatigue of the whole week in a few hours and renew it holistically. Do try it some time:)
