Adjust too high a temperature for hair styling tools

Go to bed with hair accessories on

Abuse of dry shampoo

Skipping conditioner

Conditioner is the last and most important step of washing hair. If you skip this step, it can cause hair damage. The conditioner softens the cuticle of the hair and makes it smooth. After washing the hair, apply conditioner to the bottom ends of your hair, let stand for a few minutes then rinse. However, conditioner is not so good for your scalp. The chemicals contained in the conditioner make the roots of the hair damaged and can lead to hair loss, so avoid applying it on the scalp.

Do not trim hair regularly

Trim the ends of the hair regularly after 7-8 weeks. This is one of the basic hair care tips for every woman. Do not wait too long to cut hair, until eventually they grow brittle. This habit makes hair brittle and causes split ends.

Regular oiling, hair brushing and scalp massages will enhance blood circulation to hair follicles, stimulate hair growth and make hair thicker and shiny.
